Return Policy
Discount Codes:
Please ensure that any sale or discount codes are applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively adjust orders for missing codes. Our orders process and ship quickly, so once an order is placed, we cannot modify or change it.
Returns:

Return Period: Our return period is 30 days from the date we ship your order. For pre-order items, the 30-day period starts from the successful shipment date. We will notify you via email when your pre-order item ships.

Return Request: Returns can be requested either via email sparklfairycouture+customerservice@gmail.com or through your order email (via EasyReturns). If there are any quality issues or defects with the item, please document these issues with clear photos and email them to us immediately upon noticing the problem.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

After 30 Days: If more than 30 days have passed since your order shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you choose to use your own shipping method, the cost will not be deducted from your refund. However, if we provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling processing fees are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, bras)

Gift cards

Items marked as " Sale" or discounted 20% or more (these may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. If approved, returned items must be its original condition, and in the original packaging)

Custom items: These may only be returned for size issues and are eligible for store credit only. These items may ship separately and take 5-10 business days to create.

Special items (e.g., kimonos, rhinestone bras, shell bras, couture coats, couture coats & dresses) are subject to the non-returnable items.
Pre-Order Policy:

Notification: You will be notified by email when an item is considered a pre-order item, with an estimated in-stock and/or delivery date.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of the pre-order to guarantee your item.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please email us at sparklfairycouture+customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and the specific item(s) you’d like to cancel.

Refunds: Upon cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that delays due to bank processing times are outside our control.
Exchanges (if applicable):

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sparklfairycouture+customerservice@gmail.com. Once your exchange is confirmed, please mail the return to:

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Eligibility: Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items (including items discounted 25% or more) may only be exchanged or refunded as store credit.

Shipping & International Orders:

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees owed on international shipments. Any delays in shipment caused by customs are beyond our control, and customers are responsible for all duties and taxes owed for the item.
Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
